How it Works
Create a Request
Simply email photos of your Select Vintage purchase(s) info@selectvintagenyc.com. Please use your first and last name you used to place the original order and order number in the subject line.
Review our Offer!
In most cases, we will be able to propose an Initial Offer for your item(s) immediately based on the item's resale value, color, and condition, as well as our seasonal sales data.
Accept and Send for Appraisal
You will have 7 days to Accept the Initial Offer. We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) to us for physical appraisal. Should the item(s) not match the information provided, the Initial Offer may be adjusted.
Receive Cash or Credit Once it Sells!
Once the Final Value has been confirmed, we will list the item within 2 weeks of receiving. Once the item is sold, you will receive 40% of the sale price via cash direct deposit or 50% via a store credit. After 1 month unsold, we will evaluate if we will keep the item or return it back to you. There is also an option to donate the item to continue its circularity.
